Charter Senior Living of West Bend is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician / Med Tech to join our assisted living and memory care teams in West Bend, WI. Starting pay between $19-$21/hr.

You will administer medications, assists with ADLs, and support care plans, while documenting care and communicating with nursing staff. Ideal candidates hold current Med Tech certification and have prior senior living or related experience.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
