Job summary

Country Meadows is hiring for Part-Time Medication Technician positions in York, PA. Start pay is $18–$20/hour depending on shift, with opportunities to earn more with experience. Primary duties include managing medications for residents in a home-like setting and building relationships to support overall health.

Shifts available: 6am-2pm and 3pm-9pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Direct-care experience in a health setting.
• Experience handling medications or assisting with med passes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administer medications, observe day-to-day wellbeing, and ensure comfort.
• Provide social and emotional support while promoting residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart for up-to-date supplies and quality control.
