Belmont Village Senior Living in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Medication Technician to assist residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community with daily medications, monitor responses, and maintain accurate electronic medical records under the supervision of a licensed Nurse. You will support our licensed nurses with administrative tasks as needed.

This is an excellent position for candidates who aspire to someday be a licensed nurse.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• C.N.A. License in states where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and provide personal care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions or refusals to the licensed nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and observe responses or side effects.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions.
• Work with the team to ensure high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Follow infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines.
