Oakmont Management Group is seeking a QMAP to supervise and assist with medication administration for residents on-site in Denver, CO. You will also provide direct personal care, help residents participate in activities, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance per company values.

The role emphasizes accuracy in med records, coordination with pharmacies and physicians, and a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of medication assistance experience in RCFE.
• State regulations may require training/certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN a plus.
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to care for the elderly and their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, physicians and families.
• Must pass background and health screening tests (TB, physical).
• May be required to comply with COVID-19 safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential med and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
