Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician in the Denver area to supervise and assist in administering medications and provide direct personal care to residents. You will coordinate with pharmacies and physicians to ensure accurate dosing and timely deliveries.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18, and MS Office proficiency; LVN is a plus. This role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and teamwork within a compassionate elder care environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer one year of experience assisting with medication at an RCFE.
• State regulation may require completion of training/certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
