Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet state certification requirements.
• Minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration or medication assistance per state requirements and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff, providing compassionate care and multi-task as needed.
