Responsibilities

• Provides medication administration for residents.

• Performs routine nursing tasks such as taking vital signs and related procedures.
• Maintains universal precautions and hazardous chemical safety.
• Communicates with physicians and health care professionals as needed to ensure accurate orders.
• Reports changes in residents' status promptly to doctors, family, and administration.
