Job summary

Rockingham County, NH is seeking a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to administer medications to stable residents under licensed nurse supervision. The role includes replenishing meds, maintaining a clean cart, and communicating observations to nursing staff.

You will assist residents with bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and responding to call lights, while following safety, documentation, and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved course for Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) as set by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing and OBRA.
• Must possess a valid and current LNA license in New Hampshire
• Must possess a valid New Hampshire Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to stable residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Replenish medications and supplies as needed and maintain a clean medication cart and room.
• Observe and communicate to the licensed nurse regarding administration effectiveness and resident changes.
