Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a dedicated Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) to join our compassionate care team in Wolfeboro, NH. You will support licensed nursing staff, administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate records in a safe, supportive environment.

The role requires a current MNA certification, CPR, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience (2 years as a medication aide preferred). Shifts run 7AM–3PM; a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current Medication Aide/MNA certification.
CPR certification required.
1 year healthcare experience or 2 years as medication aide preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision.
Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and report promptly.
Document all medication administration according to facility policies.
Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management.
Take vital signs, perform dose calculations, stock carts, and remove discontinued medications.
Store and handle medications safely and securely.
Respond to resident needs and assist with direct care tasks as assigned.
