Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by Iowa law.
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior AL experience preferred but not required; whirlpool baths experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes to healthcare professionals and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• PRN day shifts on Weekdays and Weekends preferred.
