Kennybrook Village in Grimes, IA is seeking a dedicated Life Services Coordinator - Caregiver to support memory care residents. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, meals, and engagement, helping residents maintain independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1–2 years’ experience with individuals with dementia, memory care setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to residents.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and activities as outlined in Resident Service Plans.
• Monitor tenant needs and health changes and report to nurse.
• Help with housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen duties as assigned.
• Engage residents in activities and maintain an engaging calendar.

The Life Services Coordinator is responsible for cultivating an environment that maximizes each resident’s independence.
