Job summary

Maggie’s Place is seeking a Life Services Nurse to join our senior living community. You will provide tenant services, assist with medications, meals, and activities while ensuring resident-centered care and family communication.

This role requires state licensure as an RN and CPR certification, with dementia care experience preferred. Join a family-based organization with a culture of care and a supportive team environment, offering health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and development

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school and be licensed in the state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.
• Prefer 1–2 years of dementia/memory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenant services per Tenant Service Plans, including personal care, medications reminders, social and recreational activities.
• Assist with meals and snacks, including setup and cleanup; perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Engage tenants in activities and monitor health status; document changes per policy.
• Communicate with families, physicians and health professionals; participate in huddles and care planning.
• Promote resident-centered care and support staff performance; assist with policy implementation.

The Life Services Nurse is responsible for the provision of tenant services, including assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meal services and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued well-being of tenants.
