You will enter histories into the electronic patient database and coordinate with the pharmacist on duty to ensure accurate records for timely patient care. This role focuses on accurate medication histories, efficient data entry, and clear communication with the pharmacy team to support ED

• Technician enters medication history into the electronic patient database or updates the database if information already exists.
• Communicates completion of medication history to the pharmacist on duty.
