Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking dedicated Care Giver/Med Tech to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands-on care, monitor health, assist with daily activities, document changes, and respond to calls promptly in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift; checks on residents throughout the shift.
• Observes and reports symptoms and conditions changes such as skin, weight, and appetite.
• Responds promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Assists with continence management and maintains sanitation of suites.
• Serves meals, assists with feeding, and reports refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; follows hygiene protocols.
• Supports activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility).
• Engages residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
