The Ensign Group in Houston is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with medication administration, document dosages and times, and monitor residents' conditions.

The CMA will also take vital signs, support daily living activities, and help maintain accurate medication inventories while ensuring safety and compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments under licensed nurse direction.
• Verifies identity of resident and records drug, dosage, and time on chart.
• Takes vital signs and reports changes to nurses.
• Records, reorders and restocks medication inventories.
• Assists with activities of daily living and meals as applicable.
• Responds to call lights promptly.
