Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to assist in administering medications to residents under physician orders and nursing supervision. You will document, report errors, and follow facility policies to ensure safe medication practices.

You will collaborate with nurses, the Medical Director, and pharmacists, participate in quality assurance activities, and help maintain compliance with state regulations. High school education and state-approved licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by physicians under supervision.

• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and facility committees related to medication management.
