Avenues Recovery Center in Richmond, VA is hiring RMAs for its inpatient detox and residential program. You will provide quality medical care to stabilize clients and support their engagement in treatment.

Required licensure as a Medical Assistant in Virginia, strong communication, and collaborative, multitasking abilities. The role offers a benefits package and opportunities to grow within a nationwide network.

Competenze

High School diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid licensure to serve as a Medical Assistant in this state.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Collaborative, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences.

Mansioni

Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable engagement in treatment.
Assist with nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, charting, reporting).
Collaborate with medical and clinical teams for coordination of care.
Manage, order and restock medical supplies as necessary.
Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post discharge.
Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.

Now Hiring RMAs for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Richmond, VA.

What You'll Do

Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable them to engage fully in treatment
Assist with all nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, medication management, charting and reporting etc.)
Collaborate with extended medical and clinical teams for seamless coordination of care
Manage, order and res-stock all medical supplies as necessary
Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post discharge
Assist with all pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations
