Avenues Recovery Center in Norfolk, VA is seeking an RN/LPN for inpatient detox and residential care. Shift hours are 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to collaborate across medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive admissions assessments, vitals, medication management, and thorough documentation. LPN licensure in VA is required and prior treatment experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current, valid LPN licensure in VA.
• Minimum 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills.

• Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts).
• Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
