Shalom Gardens Senior Living in Richmond, VA is seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to administer medications, monitor residents, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining a positive environment.

We’re looking for a caring and dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our dedicated team and help make every day meaningful for our residents.
The Registered Medication Aide is responsible for safely and accurately administering medications, monitoring residents, and assisting with daily living activities as needed — all while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policy.
Observe residents for side effects, changes in condition, or unusual reactions and report promptly to nursing staff.
Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed.
Support residents’ emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions.
Maintain accurate medication records and uphold confidentiality.
Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification in the State of VA.
Prior experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
Part-Time, and PRN shifts available (Days, Evenings, or Nights).
