Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state you work.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program if required by your state.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
• Perform duties under the direction of a licensed nurse within scope of practice for Med Aides.
• Adhere to nursing standards, community policies, and state requirements in medication administration.
