Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to administer medications to residents in a skilled nursing facility in North Carolina. You will work under the direction of a licensed nurse, following state regulations and facility policies to ensure safe, accurate medication delivery.

The role offers Full-Time and Part-Time options with wage of $16.00–$18.00 per hour. On-Demand Pay and Weekly Pay are available, with a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be listed in good standing on the state registry as a medication aide.
• QMA competency evaluation program completion if required by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
• Follow established nursing standards and community policies.
• Use electronic health record software to document care and medications.
