Legend Senior Living is seeking a Med Technician to support the nursing team with medication administration and daily resident care. You will coordinate meds and assist residents with activities of daily living, contributing to their comfort and safety.

You will document activities, communicate needs to the Health Care Director, and work with the care team to ensure quality service and compassionate support for residents.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications is required.
• Experience coordinating medications and routine care for residents is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assist daily resident care including grooming, hygiene, meals and activities.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond as needed.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records clearly.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director and team.
