Legend Senior Living is seeking a Med Technician to join our nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration for residents and assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with medications for all residents, daily care tasks (personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals), documenting shift reports and resident records, and clear communication with the Health Care Director. State certification to pass medications is required.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications.
• Experience with medication administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
