You will follow HIPAA, observe the six rights of medication administration, document accurately, assist with admissions and daily tasks, and maintain confidentiality while delivering respectful, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Clock in and out at designated times and whenever leaving the facility.
• Assist with paperwork for resident admissions, transfers, physician appointments, and related forms.
• Perform medication administration per routes and document results, noting allergies.
• Establish a good rapport with residents, families and co-workers.
• Attend in-service programs and staff meetings as scheduled.
