Job summary

Senior Solutions Management Group seeks a Medication Aide to supervise self-administered medications for Assisted Living residents, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations and SSMG guidelines. Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience or training may substitute.
• Licensed CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide must have at least one certification and complete the medication administration training approved by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents in accordance with Federal & State regulations and SSMG guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' health with proper documentation to the Wellness Director.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain open communication with all departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff as requested by supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information and participate in required trainings and meetings.
• Support safety through the Safety & Disaster Plan and uphold safe working practices.

Education

High School Diploma or GED; 0-3 months related experience

Licensed CNA / HHA / PCA with med admin training
