Senior Resource Group-SRG is seeking Med Aides to assist with medication delivery and daily living activities in Assisted Living settings. You will observe, document, and report resident conditions while coordinating with nurses and providers to ensure safe medication management.

Roles require Arizona caregiver certification, First Aid/CPR, and at least six months of related experience, with weekend and holiday availability. Yardi/eMAR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• First Aid / CPR certified.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training requirements.
• Six months of related experience.
• Must comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or similar platforms.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assist with medications as prescribed to residents.
• Document medications given or not given in eMAR.
• Communicate changes in orders to residents, providers and families.
• Observe and document changes in resident conditions in notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication room and logs.
• Participate in weekly medication audits and incident reporting.
