Job summary

Senior Resource Group (SRG) is seeking a Med Aide to assist with resident medication delivery, daily living activities, and observation of resident conditions in our Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. You will document in Yardi EHR, communicate changes to nurses, and support the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include preparing medications, recording admin times, weighing and monitoring residents, and participating in audits and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant Med Aide with current CPR/First Aid certification.
• State regulatory certifications and ongoing training requirements.
• At least six months of experience in a related position.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident medication delivery and management as prescribed.
• Document medications given in eMAR and communicate discrepancies to nurses.
• Record vital signs and weights in Yardi EHR as needed.
• Respond to resident needs and assist with ADLs per care plan.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication room and supply areas.
• Support care team to ensure safe, quality resident care.
