Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Med Aides to support resident medication delivery, daily living activities, and observation of health changes in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

You will document in eMAR and Yardi, collaborate with nurses and caregivers, and participate in routine audits and safety protocols. CNA or caregiver experience and CPR/First Aid are required. This full-time role offers competitive pay, training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• CNA or experienced caregiver required.
• First Aid / CPR certified.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training requirements.
• Six-month experience in related position.
• Comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and assisting with medications as prescribed by Healthcare Providers to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Documenting medications given and/or not given in eMAR.
• Communicate with Residents, Healthcare Providers, Family/POA, and Director/Nurse regarding changes in medication orders or missed doses.
• Observe and document changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR progress notes.
