Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA or caregiver experience preferred and essential.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training.
• Six months of related experience and licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications as prescribed and document in eMAR.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to staff.
• Support activities of daily living and resident independence.
• Maintain medication room, logs, and proper storage.
