Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure residents receive medications safely, accurately, and with dignity in a warm, team‑oriented environment.

You will administer prescribed meds per orders, follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents for responses, report concerns promptly, and uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents’ wellbeing.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Senior care experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Observe residents during and after medication passes
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or concerns promptly
• Complete narcotic counts per policy
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms
• Follow infection control and safety standards
