You will be on the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medications, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered SD CNA certificate.
• State-approved Medication Aide training (SD).
• CPR certification.
• One year CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications and monitor residents to ensure safety.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe environment and uphold education.
