CountryHouse in Elkhorn, NE is seeking a Full-Time Medication Aide for morning and overnight shifts. This Agemark Senior Living community offers an EPIC culture and supportive team.

As a Medication Aide, you will administer medications according to orders, document diligently, monitor residents, and provide hands-on assistance with daily activities while fostering dignity and independence. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification in Nebraska.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine interest in working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Dependability and a team-first attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Document accurately and maintain medication administration records.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition or side effects and communicate promptly to nursing staff.
