Job summary

CountryHouse Grand Island, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a full-time Medication Aide to support residents with safe medication administration and daily living activities. You will document care, monitor for changes, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates hold an active 40-hour Medication Aide certification, communicate effectively in English, and bring compassion and patience to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to the physician's orders and residents' care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or side effects and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion and dignity.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and teammates.

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Medication Aide who is committed to providing excellent care while building meaningful relationships with our residents and teammates.

What You’ll Do
