You will administer resident medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor health and comfort, and support caregiving teams in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medication Aide in the state with current, active licensure.
• Experience with medication administration and resident care preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per standards.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and mobility positioning as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and update medical records accordingly.
