Qualifications

• Medication Aide certification is required.
• CNA experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Safe Medication Support: administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
• Deliver Exceptional Resident Care: assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and support resident engagement.
• Promote Safety & Teamwork: report changes, keep areas clean, and follow infection control procedures.
