Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program if required by your state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending Physician.
• Work under the direction of a licensed nurse within the scope of practice for Medication Aides.
• Operate in accordance with nursing standards and community policies.
