Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a Med Aide to support assisted living and memory care residents with medication delivery, daily living activities, and care documentation. You will work with the Director and Nursing team to ensure accurate administration and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include medication handling, charting in Yardi EHR, and collaboration with caregivers to maintain high care quality while following infection control and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Six-month experience in a related position.
• Compliance with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident medication delivery and management per care plans.
• Document medications given or not given in eMAR.
• Communicate medication changes to residents, healthcare providers, families, and care team.
• Observe and document changes in resident conditions in EHR notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication room and inventories.
• Participate in weekly medication audits and reports.
