Job summary

Freedom Plaza in Sun City Center, FL is hiring Med Techs, CNAs, and Caregivers for day and evening shifts. Full-time and PRN positions available; weekend availability required.

You will support residents with daily living, medication assistance where allowed, and work in an upscale retirement community with great benefits, training, and a team‑oriented culture. Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, DailyPay, scholarships, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• One year experience working as HHA/CNA/PCA/RA preferred
• One year experience working in Assisted Living or Health Care preferred
• Medication Assistance Certification (where applicable) and availability for emergencies

Responsibilities

• Provide med tech and CNA duties as assigned, including daily resident care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
• Follow safety and infection control protocols and medication procedures where allowed

Med Techs/C.N.A./Caregiver needed for Assisted Living/Memory Care

Pay up to $17.50 depending on experience for Med Tech and C.N.A./ Caregiver: Pay up to $16.50 depending on experience.

Full Time Med Techs , Caregiver and C.N.A.:

Day Shift 5a-2p, weekend availability

Evening Shift 2p-10p, weekend availability

PRN all shifts, weekends

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year experience working as HHA/CNA/PCA/RA preferred One (1) year experience working in Assisted Living or Health Care preferred

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION OR OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Medication Assistance Certification (where applicable) Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community Doctor’s statement verifying free from communicable disease
