Job summary

Cardinal Lane Senior Living is seeking a Full Time 2nd Shift Caregiver to grow into a Medication Aide after training. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and health, while encouraging independence and preserving dignity.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.

Preferred Qualifications
