Job summary

Edgeworth Park at New Town is seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA/Med Tech) for an overnight shift. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and work with nursing leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care for our seniors.

  • Coordinate with physicians, home health, hospice, and emergency protocols as needed.
  • Supervise resident care team members to ensure completion of assigned duties when acting as shift lead.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Medication Aide, Paid in Installments Over 12 Months

Bonus payout schedule:

  • $1,000 after 30 days of employment
  • $2,000 at 6 months
  • $2,000 at 12 months
  • Must have 68 HR License

Position Summary

The Medication Technician (RMA/Med Tech) is responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and supporting resident health needs in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. This role works closely with nursing leadership, home health, hospice, and emergency services and may provide supervisory oversight when management is not present. Reports directly to the Registered Nurse or Administrator.
