Modena Reserve at Kensington is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support resident health needs according to physician orders and state regulations.

You will work closely with nursing leadership and may provide supervision during shifts. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compassion for older adults in a team-centered setting.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician (RMA/Med Tech) is responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and supporting resident health needs in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. This role works closely with nursing leadership, home health, hospice, and emergency services and may provide supervisory oversight when management is not present. Reports directly to the Registered Nurse or Administrator.
