Job summary

Solera Senior Living is hiring a Registered Medication Aide (RMA/Med Tech) at Edgeworth Park in New Town. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support resident health needs per physician orders and state regulations.

This role works with nursing leadership and may supervise staff when needed. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, immediate pay access, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician (RMA/Med Tech) is responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and supporting resident health needs in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. This role works closely with nursing leadership, home health, hospice, and emergency services and may provide supervisory oversight when management is not present. Reports directly to the Registered Nurse or Administrator.
