St. Luke's Home is an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility where residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis. The geriatric psychiatric unit houses up to 20 residents.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
• Assisting in administration of medications to residents as ordered by attending health care provider and operating within established policy.
• Specific duties include but are not limited to medication administration, taking resident vitals, observing residents, and documentation.
