Job summary

St.Luke’s Home/PAV in Dickinson, ND is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for evening shifts (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) with potential weekend day shifts. You will provide food service in an 88-bed long-term care facility, supporting residents, guests and staff.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to lift 50 lbs, and reliable commuting to the facility; prior dietary aide experience is preferred but training is provided. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Facility Overview

St.Luke’s Home is an 88-bed long‑term, skilled nursing facility providing 24‑hour skilled nursing care, IV therapy, wound care, post‑surgical care, respite care, nutritional therapy, and peritoneal dialysis. The geriatric psychiatric unit houses up to 20 residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to residents, guests, and employees in sanitary conditions per policies and procedures.
• Assist in all dietary functions that enhance the quality of life and holistic growth of residents.
• Deliver high‑quality service, transport food and items by cart, organize and set up resident meals, assist residents, and wash dishes.

Requirements

• Practical ability to commute to the facility for each scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Effective and professional communication with residents and teammates.

Qualifications
