Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Community policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled, stored, and dated.
• Complete medication charting per policy.
• Notify supervisor of refusals or adverse reactions.
• Observe and verify medication ingestion or application.
• Respect resident rights and self-administration policies.
• Sanitize and organize the medication area.
• Report safety hazards and incidents promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
