Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans seeks a Quality Systems Analyst II – Medicare Stars to support performance improvement for HEDIS, MCAS, Medicare Stars, and NCQA accreditation. The role partners with leadership to develop analytics, test solutions, and scale insights to boost star ratings.

Reporting to the Director of Medicare Stars, the QSA II leads analytics delivery, pilots strategies, and ensures regulatory study success across IEHP programs. A healthcare analytics background is essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of study development, writing and analysis in healthcare.
• Experience with large data sets and complex data systems.
• Experience analyzing Medicare Star measures and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, preparation and presentation of analytics insights.
• Conduct proof-of-concept pilots to validate solutions.
• Manage deliverables for quality measures and regulatory studies.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive performance improvements.
