IEHP is seeking a Special Programs Manager II - Medicare Stars to coordinate interdepartmental projects focused on CMS Stars operations and quality improvement. You will lead complex initiatives, manage budgets and resources, and liaise across departments to ensure timely deliverables.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, policy updates, and cross-functional collaboration to support accreditation and quality programs within a hybrid work setting in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality and program/project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree and PM credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide research, analytical support, and project management to Medicare Stars leadership on regulatory changes and strategic initiatives.
• Manage medium-to-large projects and issues including budgets and resources across functional areas.
• Coordinate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance reviews.
