Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; PMP/PgMP/PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdepartmental system configuration and process projects focused on CMS Stars operations and quality improvement.
• Support audits (NCQA, CMS readiness) and regulatory documentation.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership; manage project plans and issues.
• Collaborate across technology deployments and communications to ensure timely delivery and fiscal sustainability.
