• Stars analytics & reporting: create timely analytics and dashboards across Medicare Star programs.
• Performance monitoring & root-cause analysis: identify drivers of performance gaps across geographies and plans.
• Problem framing & opportunity sizing: develop hypotheses and quantitative models to size opportunities.
• Solution development & benchmarking: evaluate interventions and build business cases for improvement.
• Data correlation & insight: analyze multiple data sources to support decisions.
• Initiative execution support: drive opportunities from concept to measurable value.
• Executive-ready communication: distill findings into compelling stories and slides.
