Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and business operations initiatives through research, analysis, and leadership-ready summaries.
• Develop executive communications by creating presentations, reports, and performance updates for senior leaders.
• Analyze business data and performance trends to identify insights for decision-making and priorities.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to learn collaboration across teams.
• Contribute to projects on process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics.
